What for and
why now?
There are very significant
and urgent challenges facing us and the future of our planet.
We are being called upon to use our collective spirit, will,
and intelligence to address them. What kind of communities do
we need to shape or build now in order to answer these global
challenges where we live, learn and work? How might we, through
inclusive dialoguing and inspiring leadership, help coordinate
and effect individual and collective action?
The 2nd European Salon
Please have a look at the documentation of the first European Salon.
This 2nd European Salon will continue to experientially explore the importance of being present, communicating and sharing leadership in the context of actively engaging with, building and becoming a community.
We warmly invite our expanding circle of friends – dialogue and change practitioners
of diverse professional backgrounds – to share questions, ideas, fears, passion and experience.
We will slow down to practice presence, dialogue and shared leadership! We are going to provide just enough structure to hold a space for action learning before, during and after the Salon.The conference language is English, but national languages, where agreed, can be used in conversations.

Desired Impact
Imagine the possibilities if we:
• Listen deeply, beyond the words, to patterns and insights;
• Find the resonance that awakens the new rhythms of change;
• Gain inspiration and wisdom from one another;
• Discover a new sense of collaborative leadership;
• Step into unfamiliar roles and co-create new paths for dialogue!
