We are drawing on the rich European
tradition to create a 'Salon' for exploring (y)our questions that matter
and to share ideas about communities, dialogue and leadership.

You are stimulating people of quality
from all walks of life and disciplines who want to explore these
questions and topics with others in Europe. We invite people
from the communities of Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space, The
World Café, Spiral Dynamics, NLP, The Human Element, Genuine
Contact, The Art of Hosting, Kaos Pilots, Leadership Circles
and others to join us to explore how to deepen dialogue, enhance
leadership and energize communities where we live, learn, work
and play.
We are an inspiring set of hosts, an international
group of individuals with a love of World Café and other large
group processes who warmly invite our expanding circle of friends
to share questions, ideas, fears, passion and experiences. Among the hosts so far were Valerie
Abl, Petra-Alexandra Buhl, Chris Chopyak, Ilona Christl, Rudolf Giesselmann, John
Herge, Amy Lenzo, Charles Savage, Hanno Langfelder, Sabine Soeder & Ulrich Soeder.
How will the European Salon work?
• We envision
an experimental meeting where every participant will be an active
part of the whole
• The hosts will provide a hospitable space and a
scaffolding structure for the Salon to invite presence and a
diversity of strengths, styles, and developmental stages.
• The entire group will co-create the contents of the Salon before,
during and after the event through online and live dialogue.

Our aim is to provide "just enough" structure
to create and hold a space for action learning, collective reflection,
individual inspiration and creativity. Our conscious intent is
to slow down to invite experiential learning and use creative
media to capture our thinking – such as graphic recording, photography,
dance and meditation.
The conference language is English, but national languages
are welcome where agreed upon and can be used in the design,
our experience and the harvesting of our thinking.
